Full job description
Role purpose:
You will act as the key point of contact for clients on a specific area of their business, managing all data requests and project briefs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of solutions, and providing actionable insights. In addition, you will contribute to retaining and growing client relationships by identifying potential revenue and upselling opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering a highly responsive and reliable service.
Demonstrate category awareness and knowledge through accurate interpretation of project briefs and relevant recommendations to clients.
Understand clients’ ways of working and ensure that the delivery of information, data and overall servicing experience meets their expectations.
Manage your own day-to-day workload for the business area you are responsible for, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
Proactively highlight and escalate client concerns related to deliverables to support senior management in addressing potential risks or issues.
Manage basic data handling, tracking, and analysis to support client deliverables.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field

Strong interest in data analysis with high proficiency or prior experience working with data and numbers.

Passionate in pursuing a career in marketing and consumer insights consultancy

Ability to work independently when required, while remaining open and responsive to feedback and direction from your line manager.

Strong presentation and communication skills, confidence in engaging stakeholders.
