Anisa Henry is partnered with a growing independent wealth management firm in the search for an Associate Advisor. This opportunity offers the chance to support high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners through comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance, with an average client relationship of approximately $1.5 million in assets.

The Role:

You'll support Senior Advisors in all aspects of financial planning and wealth management. This role requires a proficient knowledge of financial planning principles, a history of client relationship management, and a capacity to multitask in a busy environment. To fit in this role, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

We are looking for someone who is both analytical and operational:

• Analytical: Strong understanding of wealth management, comfortable with e-money, and able to spot discrepancies.

• Operational: Able to manage client communications, sit in meetings, take notes…

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior advisors to support client relationships, projects, and business operations.

• Assist with financial planning, investment analysis, and meeting preparation.

• Participate in client meetings and manage follow-up action items.

• Support client communications, onboarding, and ongoing service needs.

• Serve as a trusted client contact while developing advisory expertise.

Planning & Operations Support

• Review client financial information and maintain accurate records.

• Track meeting notes, action items, and planning deliverables.

• Help improve planning workflows and operational processes.

• Assist with insurance and risk management planning.

Client Service

• Maintain CRM records and manage client documentation.

• Coordinate with financial institutions and third-party partners.

• Process account openings, transfers, and maintenance requests.

• Prepare client meeting materials and provide proactive communication.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years at a wealth management firm with experience in client services, operations, investment management, client strategy, and/or financial planning.

• Experience supporting advisors and client relationships

• Proficiency with the Schwab and Orion is strongly preferred.

• Software preferences: eMoney, Redtail, AssetMark

• Series 7, 66, 65, CFP®, ChFC® or similar is a plus, but not required.

• Bachelor’s degree

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Life insurance experience is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Important traits: Analytical, critical thinking/strategy, diligent, detail oriented, team oriented, can work with others, good communication, takes responsibility.
