Hotel Maintenance Technician and General Help Job Type Full Time or Part Time Schedule Flexible; some weekends Pay Based on experience # Job Description We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and responsible Hotel Maintenance and General Help team member to support the day-to-day upkeep and operation of our hotel. This hands-on position is ideal for someone comfortable performing basic maintenance, repairs, property upkeep, and a variety of general hotel tasks. The right person will take pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and in good working condition. # Responsibilities · Perform basic maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and common areas. · Handle minor plumbing repairs, including clogged drains, toilets, faucets, and leaks. · Perform basic electrical tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, switches, outlets, and fixtures when appropriate. · Assist with minor HVAC troubleshooting, filter changes, and routine maintenance. · Repair or adjust doors, locks, furniture, fixtures, and other hotel equipment. · Perform minor painting, drywall patching, caulking, and touch-up work. · Help maintain the parking lot, sidewalks, exterior areas, landscaping, and hotel grounds. · Assist with moving furniture, supplies, appliances, and equipment. · Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management and hotel staff. · Inspect rooms and property areas for maintenance or safety issues. · Keep maintenance areas, storage rooms, and tools clean and organized. · Assist housekeeping, front desk, or management with general property tasks when needed. · Help with seasonal property maintenance and other duties as assigned. # Qualifications ·[ Previous hotel, apartment, prope ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
