About the role The Founder’s Office takes on the problems that don’t yet belong to a function. As Special Projects Lead you’ll work directly with the founder on projects that cut across GTM, product, operations, recruiting and research — scoping them, running them end to end, and handing them off once they have a permanent owner. This is an early-career role and one of the best generalist seats at the company. You won’t specialize. You’ll own outcomes under ambiguous KPIs, get unusual range and exposure in a short amount of time, and figure out what you’re great at by doing a lot of very different things quickly.
Who we’re looking for People early in their careers who move fast, write clearly, and would rather own an outcome than a job description. A track record of shipping things on your own matters more to us than a specific background.
Logistics Based in San Francisco, with remote and part-time arrangements available for the right person.
