Full job description
The Production Support role is essential to keeping our production and distribution operations running smoothly. This hybrid position combines ingredient prep, production line assistance, packaging, and palletizing all while upholding food safety, quality, and efficiency standards. From staging materials to wrapping finished pallets, you'll be at the heart of what keeps product moving and customers happy. Responsibilities: Material Prep & Line Support: · Prepare raw ingredients for mixing based on batch sheets and daily schedules · Operate pallet jacks and support the movement of materials and packaging supplies · Supply production lines with correct packing items, labels, and materials Production Assistance: · Operate and adjust basic production equipment as needed · Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and correct specifications · Maintain cleanliness and organization in line with 5S and GMP standards Packaging & Palletizing: · Assemble and label boxes, close containers, and wrap pallets per specifications ·[ Verify correct case configurations and layer counts for finished goods < ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
