Production Supervisor

Job Summary: Consistently implement, coordinate, and promote, in accordance with company policy, the safety, quality, and production to maintain and enhance corporate profitability and customer satisfaction. ** ** Responsibilities: · Facilitate employee compliance safety, quality, productivity policies, programs, and procedures. · Assign, supervise, motivate, and evaluate behavior and performance of employees. · Coordinate with management the scheduling of production and personnel. · Track and maintain accurate raw, in-process, and finished goods production reports. · Compile and maintain accurate written records for employees, including position and hours worked, attendance, performance, and behavior to management. · Perform complete inspections of all facilities and complete records of inspection in accordance with federal, state, and local laws as requirements or objectives established by management. · Investigate and communicate any undesirable results concerning employee performance, behavior, safety, health, quality, and efficiency. · Perform and calculate orientation and training process for new and existing employees. Asign and select which employees shall attend.
