Full job description
1、 参与食品加工人员的食品安全培训； 2、 严格遵守所有生食和熟食分离的程序； 3、 执行消毒/杀菌程序； 4、 落实温度和时间控制，确保所有烹饪均得到彻底、正确的实施； 5、 食品制备/仓库管理员/成本控制/管事/食品加工的每周检查清单； 6、 按照当地法规和食品安全体系标准来保持酒店的食品和储存的安全； 7、 完善酒店质量管理体系，和当地所属的食品监督所保持良好的工作关系； 8、 到酒店服务工作现场监督检查，并组织酒店质量安全会议，提出处理。 9、根据各餐厅餐具的盘点情况，负责于采购部门沟通，提出器具购置计划，保证及时补充餐具用具。 10、在当班期间负责监督管事部的运营和清洁工作，确保餐饮物资达到高度卫生标准。 11、直接负责安排所有烹饪及客服区域的清洁消毒工作。 12、每天向总餐饮总监反馈汇报、更新进程 13、配合人事部的进展、日程，对所有新入职的员工进行培训 14、接受灵活的工作时间，以便能一直为客人服务 15、建立食品安全卫生布告栏，及时张贴食品安全卫生信息
1、食品卫生类专业毕业，1年以上同岗位和管事部经理工作经验 2、熟练操作办公软件，英语良好 3、有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力 4、精通关于食品卫生类的国家法律法规、当地政策、专业知识等 5、可提供食品安全管理员证书或者服务安全证书
