Full job description
管理运营部门的日常运作，为所管辖部门分配工作。 达到或超过酒店的相关目标或指标，此类目标包括总营业利润 (GOP)和客流量，收入增长指数 (RGI) 和每间可用房收入 (RevPar) 等。 分析运营部员工的生产力，并对人员编制、绩效目标和资源进行相应调整，以实现最佳效果。 与收益管理部门和销售及营销部门紧密合作，对数据和绩效进行分析，识别主要的收入驱动因素，预测市场中存在的机会或威胁，配合总经理及时对业务进行调整。 负责酒店财务和运营计划（预算）在管辖部门的实施，以此支持酒店整体目标的实现。 配合总经理基于对竞争对手和商业环境的了解和洞察，制定和实施中长期计划。 负责组织员工满意度调查并协调部门就调查结果做出行动方案。 主力负责所辖部门一专多能项目的深入推进，每月评估一专多能项目的效果并根据酒店实际经营需要调整进度。 负责酒店管辖部门员工关系的维护。 强化运营团队文化。 监督运营部门培训员培训技能培训。 负责协调处理与业主之间来往文件，单据审批。
大专及以上学历，2年以上的酒店房务或前厅或客房的综合管理经验，或先前相关职位的综合管理经验。 洲际酒店集团工作经验者优先。
