In this role, you'll provide individualized care for patients recovering from injury, surgery, and orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Through evidence-based treatment and patient-centered care, you'll help patients improve mobility, restore function, manage pain, and regain independence. ## Key Responsibilities ### Patient Care - Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Provide direct one-on-one care using evidence-based therapeutic interventions - Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed - Establish measurable goals and support patients in achieving optimal outcomes - Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members - Serve as a clinical resource and contribute to department initiatives ### Documentation & Quality - Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record - Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes - Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards - Participate in department meetings and quality improvement initiatives - Demonstrate strong organization and time management skills ### Leadership & Mentorship - Supervise PTAs, students, rehabilitation support staff, volunteers, and athletic trainers as assigned - Support student learning experiences and clinical education - Foster a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement ## Qualifications ### Required - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program - Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing - BLS certification within three months of hire - Strong communication and patient education skills - Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team - Experience using electronic health records and standard computer applications ### Preferred - Previous outpatient rehabilitation experience ## Why Bronson Rehabilitation Services?
