Precise Systems seeks a Journeyman Foreign Disclosure Analyst / Management Analyst

This role is contingent upon contract award to Precise Systems.

Duties:

  • Provides analysis and support of post-production Program Security Protection, Information Assurance, Foreign Disclosure, and Technology Transfer Determinations under the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), Foreign Assistance Act (FAA), and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

  • Reviews and maintains foreign disclosure support documentation; reviews release of classified and sensitive unclassified documents to foreign nationals/governments via Technology Transfer Security Assistance Review Boards (TTSARB) and National Disclosure Policy Committee (NDPC) Records of Action.

  • Coordinates and conducts security reviews with PMA-265 IPTs; conducts foreign disclosure/technology transfer release awareness briefings; assists with releasability determinations for systems sourced from outside PMA-265.

Required Education:

  • BA/BS degree

Required Experience:

  • 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description

Desired Experience:

  • 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,819.01 - $67,228.51 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
