Weld Supervisor – Lead a Skilled TIG Welding Team

Pay Rate: $70,000-$85,000/year

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:50am-3:10pm

Assignment Length: Direct Hire / Permanent

Are you an experienced welding leader looking for your next opportunity? Our client is seeking a Weld Supervisor to lead a skilled production team on first shift. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected manufacturing organization focused on quality, safety, employee development, and continuous improvement. This position pays $70,000-$85,000 annually and is a permanent direct-hire opportunity .

Typical Daily Duties:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of welders and production employees

  • Support daily operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards

  • Coordinate workflow, staffing, and production priorities to meet customer demands

  • Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, and workforce development activities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Assist with reporting, operational planning, and process improvement projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Five years of TIG welding experience and 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience with manufacturing operations, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives preferred

  • Ability to work in both office and production environments, including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/manufacturing experience preferred
