Full job description

Pediatrics On Demand is an Urgent Care and Primary Care located in Oak Lawn, IL. We also have a sister company Minis Walk In Clinic. We serve patients from birth to 21 years of age.

To be successful as an Clinical Supervisor, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. We are wanting someone who is comfortable with computers, general office tasks, a fast-paced work environment, medical setting, and excel at both verbal and written communication and most importantly, have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Manage Employee Schedule

  • Training new employees

  • Handle multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced clinic environment.

  • Order office supplies and equipment.

  • Vendor Management

  • Ensure Clinical Equipment meets inspection criteria of various regulatory agencies

  • Provide support to management, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.

  • Other Administrative duties when needed/requested.

Requirements:

  • 5+ year of office administrator experience in a clinical setting

  • Bachelor's Degree
