Senior IT Recruiter - Remote

Job Duties

Genesis10 is currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter for a full-time, permanent position. This is a 100% remote opportunity for candidates located in Wisconsin.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary ($50,000 per year, W2)

• Uncapped commission

• Bonus opportunities (including a start bonus program)

• 12-month draw is available

Position Overview:

This role supports IT and Business Professional roles across a national client base spanning multiple industries and time zones. We are looking for a highly motivated, competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, fearless in cold-calling, and driven to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates using internal databases, online resources, networking, and referrals

• Conduct candidate interviews and provide compensation guidance

• Match and present qualified candidates to clients based on detailed job requirements

• Perform reference checks

• Coordinate and prepare candidates for client interviews

• Manage the full offer process, maintaining consistent communication with candidates

• Maintain accurate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Stay informed on technology trends and current market conditions

Primary Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• 5+ years of IT recruiting experience

• Proven ability to develop new candidate relationships via phone outreach

• Strong prospecting skills with confidence in cold-calling

• Excellent internet research capabilities

• Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

• Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented

• Persuasive, persistent, and self-initiated

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Competitive, self-motivated personality

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Teams/Zoom, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
