Clai grows in the room. You'll own our entire events motion: the broker dinners, the launch parties, the industry conferences. From guest list to load-out, every detail is yours to design and run. Responsibilities
- Own the events calendar end-to-end, strategy, budget, and flawless execution.
- Design moments that turn brokers into believers and believers into customers.
- Run logistics down to the detail: venues, vendors, run-of-show, and follow-up.
- Partner with sales and growth to turn every event into pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years producing events, ideally B2B or experiential, with a portfolio to show.
- You sweat the details and stay calm when the timeline slips.
- Strong vendor and budget management, you make a dollar stretch.
- A people magnet who makes a room feel like a moment.
Nice to have
- Real estate or proptech network
- Experience scaling events from scratch
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
