Collaborate and Learn:Work with the Faculty Affairs team and the IT Project Manager; attend regular check-ins, follow guidance, and share status updates.Learn how to handle faculty CVs and AI tools through training andpractice;following step-by-step instructions.Share observations and simple suggestions to improve workflows and tools; ask questions early and document feedback clearly.Review and Organize Data:Review faculty CVs and pull out the needed information following step-by-step guidance.Enter and organize the data in a consistent format using the provided templates and guidelines.Utilize AI Tools and Processes:Use AI-enabled tools with guidance to help process and organize CV data; training provided.Adhere toestablishedprompts and workflows; flag any issues and seek guidance as needed.Share suggestions and report any issues so the team can improve prompts and accuracy.Stick toprovidedtemplates and checklists to keep data consistent.Quality Assurance:Check processed data for completeness and basic accuracy using provided templates and checklists.Compare entries with source CVs to spot inconsistencies and flag items that needreview.Use the CV normalization tool and share simple, practical feedback on anything confusing or not working to help improve the user experience.
