The BAYADA OBA office is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Services Associate to join our compassionate team in an on-site role supporting clients, families, and our dedicated care team.

This is a meaningful opportunity for an organized, people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, balancing priorities, solving problems, and helping a team deliver exceptional care.

What you can expect:

• Monday through Friday schedule, either 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• On-site role serving O’ahu, with no travel required

• Very minimal on-call responsibilities

• Hands-on training alongside the current Client Services Manager

• Detailed onboarding and a structured 30/60/90-day development plan

• Opportunity to grow into a Client Services Manager role, with bonus eligibility once established and promoted

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organized, dependable, and attentive to detail

• Skilled at managing time and balancing multiple priorities

• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• A creative problem-solver who looks for ways to improve processes

• A strong communicator who builds collaborative relationships

• Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently

• A four-year college graduate or brings equivalent experience
