Tool Install Construction Coordinator (Superintendent)

Construction Superintendent with a background in semiconductor tool install coordination. Candidate will have experience performing construction coordination within an operating wafer manufacturing facility.

Additional Details:

  • This is an on-site position requiring work to be performed on the client site located in Manassas, VA

  • Candidate must be onsite Monday-Friday during core hours (6:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.), with some flexibility to work Saturdays when needed.

  • Requires field mobility including walking long distances, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

  • Must pass background check and drug screening and be fully authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).

  • 7-10 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to tool install and progressive build scopes of work.

  • Construction Management or Engineering degrees highly encouraged.

  • Experience working directly with trades contractors and providing field coordination and oversite to meet client schedule and deliverables.

  • Experience working in client-facing roles, managing client expectations and needs.

  • Experience managing semiconductor tool install scopes of work.

  • Familiarity working with A&E firms, reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor tool hook up.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Displayed ability to learn quickly with an internal drive to broaden intellectual knowledge base.

  • Comfortable working in cross-matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors and 3rd party representatives.
