Description

We have an exciting leadership opportunity at The Arc Mid-Hudson for a Residential Program Manager, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Sand Hill is one our newest residences, located in the Gardiner area, where five young men live and are beginning their lives as independent young adults.

Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This experienced manager will possess an Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Services or a related field, and will have strong organizational skills and supervisory experience. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.

The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

HOURS: 40/Sunday through Thursday/flexible, based on needs of program

STARTING SALARY: $ 62,353.20 per year

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree highly preferred

  • Supervisory experience

  • Computer skills

  • Acceptable NYS Driver's license
