Description
At Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country, our people are our greatest strength. We're looking for a Recruiter/ TA Specialist who will help attract, assess, and hire top talent across our organization. This role helps manage full recruitment lifecycles, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to helping facilitate hiring decisions and supports a positive onboarding experience. As a brand-new position, the ideal candidate will possess strong ability to assess talent, build relationships, influence hiring decisions, and consistently deliver quality hires that support organizational goals.
Salary: Approximately $55,000 a year depending on experience.

What You'll Do

Lead recruiting efforts from job opening to onboarding.

Source, interview, and hire top talent across business areas.

Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.

Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and managers throughout the hiring process.

Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and candidate profiles.

Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide hiring recommendations.

Support and recommend sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume and hard -to-fill rolls across recruiting platforms.

Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Represent the company at job fairs, community events, educational partnerships, and recruiting initiatives.

Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements
What We're Looking For

2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field preferred.

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
