  • Education: Minimum of an Associate of Arts degree in Nursing (ASN).

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of Indiana.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience.

  • Leadership: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.

Why Join Us?

  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to student growth.

  • Professional Growth: Opportunity to serve as the Health & Wellness Director (dependent on state practice law).

  • Work-Life Balance: You will work standard business hours, 8a-5p, allowing time for self, family and friends in the evenings and on weekends.
