Get valuable real-world experience in a supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative environment!The Early Careers team is looking for an intern to help collaborate with the team on our various campus programs and take the lead on internship event planning.Skills & CompetenciesPreferably some relevant experience (including internships) * Interest in project management in HR * High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills * Solid verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly * Strong customer orientation and an eagerness to excel in a dynamic team * Exceptional critical thinking skills * Exposure to financial industry, banking and/or financial markets a plus, but not required * Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
