As a Senior Data Analyst on the Client Delivery team, you will serve as the bridge between our Commercial stakeholders and data teams — translating business needs into technical data requirements, executing large-scale data extractions, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of every deliverable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1

The Client Delivery team is responsible for delivering high-quality data insights and analytics that power Commercial and Sales decisions. Our objective is to enable fast, accurate, and scalable data extraction and reporting across large healthcare datasets — supporting strategic initiatives, client deliverables, and pre-sales activities.

As a Senior Data Analyst on the Client Delivery team, your day typically includes:

  • Partnering directly with Commercial, Sales, and Business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into precise technical data specifications.

  • Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries — including joins, CTEs, subqueries, and window functions — to extract and transform large datasets from cloud environments including AWS Athena.

  • Using Python (pandas, NumPy) to automate data workflows, build reusable scripts, and perform data manipulation and validation at scale.

  • Performing rigorous QA and validation on all data deliverables — ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency before output reaches stakeholders.

  • Translating complex analytical findings into clear, concise insights and presentations that both technical and non-technical audiences can act on.

  • Managing multiple concurrent data requests and prioritizing competing business needs in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.

  • Supporting pre-sales and RFP activities by providing accurate, timely data outputs to the Commercial team.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Strategy, and Data Engineering to align on data availability, definitions, and methodology.

  • Taking full ownership of deliverables — proactively identifying data gaps, quality issues, or ambiguous requirements and resolving them with minimal supervision.

  • Contributing to analytics best practices, documentation, and self-service reporting capabilities across the team.

ABOUT YOU

You are a technically strong data analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and data. You take complex, ambiguous business questions and turn them into structured data requirements, then deliver clean, validated outputs that stakeholders can trust. You are fluent in SQL and Python, comfortable in cloud data environments, and bring the communication skills to make your findings land clearly with non-technical audiences. You manage your own workload, push for quality, and bring a solutions-first mindset to every request. You are equally at home in a stakeholder meeting as you are deep in a query.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.

  • Expert-level SQL proficiency — complex joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries, and performance optimization across large datasets.

  • Hands-on Python experience (pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation, automation, validation, and analytical scripting.

  • Proficiency with AWS Athena or comparable cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) for querying large-scale datasets.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, executable technical data specifications.

  • Strong data quality instincts — experience performing end-to-end QA and validation on high-stakes analytical deliverables.

  • Excellent communication skills — proven ability to explain complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent requests and prioritizing across competing business needs.

  • Good to have: experience with a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) for dashboard and report development.

  • Good to have: familiarity with healthcare data (medical claims, Clinical Trials, healthcare providers and organizations) or health insurance terminology.

  • Good to have: experience supporting pre-sales, RFP responses, or client-facing data deliverables.

COMPENSATION

This role pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units.

Anticipated role close date: 11/15/2026
