You will be the General Maintenance Spec for the Facilities Maintenance Team. Our team is responsible for maintaining plant and office facilities, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

What You Will Be Doing

As the General Maintenance Spec you will be responsible for performing routine repairs and preventive maintenance across our manufacturing site.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform routine repairs and maintenance of plant and office facilities and equipment.

  • Conduct basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and metal‑fabrication tasks.

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and report findings to supervisors.

  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and drawings to guide work.

  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years practical experience working in facilities in a industrial environment.

Basic computer skills

Must have ability to obtain a security clearance.

Must possess valid Drivers Licenses

High School Diploma or GED

Good attendance record

Desired Skills

CNC machine maintenance experience

Computer skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work with minimum supervision

Willing to work in a shop/industrial environment (30 degrees to 120 degrees)

Must posses good safety record

Willing to work overtime when needed

Ability to lift 30 pounds with ease

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $45200.00 - $84000.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
