BETA Technologies is seeking a Master Data and GD&T analyst to help define the future of flight. You will work with a highly motivated, cross-functional team to bring radical aircraft to production. By bringing innovation to change implementation, you will be a critical part of BETA realizing its aggressive manufacturing goals while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the industry. This means stepping in and providing an immediate positive impact to BETA in our march to full production. How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

  • Facilitate review of new engineering design for aircraft systems
  • Analyze GD&T tolerances to determine design manufacturability
  • Analyze engineering drawings and releases to address errors during engineering release cycle in PLM
  • Assist in the coordination of product lifecycle management from product ideation to change implementation within ERP systems
  • Assist in defining scope and creation of documentation pertaining to change management and implementation
  • Use and maintain the current ERP system to improve production process and enhance production capability

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment and a degree in an engineering discipline or commensurate experience in manufacturing
  • General understanding of PLM systems such as Smarteam, 3DX, Siemens and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Epicor as well as an operational knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5
  • Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis principles and their application to engineering change review
  • Ability to interpret and extract detailed information from engineering drawings, including tolerances, notes, revision history, and BOM references
  • Understanding of manufacturing capacity planning and machine shop operations, including machining processes, lead times, and resource constraints
  • Experience analyzing 3D scan and CMM measurement data to assess dimensional conformance and support engineering change decisions

  • 5+ Years experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
  • Plex ERP Experience
  • Exposure to rapid manufacturing growth, specifically with a startup

Compensation $95,000—$115,000 USD
