The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder who understands the technology landscape, brings an established network, and thrives in an environment where they can create opportunities, expand relationships, and drive meaningful growth.

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve growth objectives across the West Coast technology market.

  • Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior technology leaders to understand their strategic priorities, business challenges, and talent needs.

  • Drive new client development across existing client organizations and expand new client relationships.

  • Take ownership of strategic pursuits, leveraging RGP resources across Project & Consulting Services, Talent, Delivery, and Business Development.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, connecting business and technology challenges with RGP’s capabilities and solutions.

  • Manage account planning, pipeline, and forecasting activities in alignment with regional and enterprise objectives.

  • Collaborate across RGP to identify opportunities, strengthen account penetration, and deliver technology services and solutions.

  • Establish and maintain an active presence in the West Coast technology community through networking, industry events, and relationship development.

  • Identify and manage delivery performance, project risk, and new opportunities within assigned accounts in partnership with Talent and Delivery leaders.

  • Stay current on technology and market trends to identify emerging client needs and future business opportunities.

  • Client or business development experience within technology consulting, professional services, staffing, advisory, or related solutions.

  • Demonstrated success generating revenue, developing new client relationships, and growing existing accounts.

  • Established relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior technology leaders, preferably within the West Coast market.

  • Experience developing professional services relationships across large enterprise, Fortune 500, middle-market, and high-growth organizations.

  • Experience within technology staffing, management consulting, systems integration, public accounting/advisory, or another comparable professional services environment.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to understand client challenges and effectively communicate RGP’s value proposition to senior business and technology leaders.

  • Proven success cultivating enduring client relationships through networking, consultative business development, and relationship management.

  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and entrepreneurial, with a strong sense of urgency and a hands-on approach to client development.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Talent, Delivery, Consulting, and Business Development teams.

  • Experience developing client relationships within technology, healthcare, consumer, and/or retail industries preferred.

  • Active engagement and an established network within the West Coast technology community strongly preferred.

  • An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.

  • Compensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market and operational factors.
