  • Must be able to identify potential hazards and assist in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.

  • Be present for Weekly Toolbox Talks.

  • Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and removal of all traffic controls.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience.

  • MOT Advanced, certified.

  • Knowledge of FDOT and MUTCD standards.

  • Able to follow verbal instructions.

  • Active Driver license.

  • Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles.

  • Team player and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter with excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Dedicated and hard-working. Strong work ethic.

  • Strong commitment to the success of all.

  • Must have a safety-first attitude. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures is required.

  • Demonstrate the utmost professionalism in how you represent yourself.

  • Show quality in everything you do.

  • Lead with integrity while producing high-quality work.

  • Must be willing to travel and work away from home when necessary.

  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Physical Requirements:

  • All work is performed outside in heat, cold, and inclement weather.

  • Exposure to loud noises, fumes, odors, gasses, dust, etc.

  • Work in close proximity to heavy traffic.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue

  • Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
