You’ll establish and enforce clear workflows and handoff standards for Account Managers, who manage customer relationships, and Onboarding Specialists, who coordinate customer launches. This role combines systems thinking, problem-solving, and communication. -
Set and enforce clear requirements and handoff standards for the onboarding team.
-

-
Strong communication skills and the confidence to enforce standards and follow through.

A process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
-
Comfort using spreadsheets and business software. Helpful, but not required

Internship or project experience involving process improvement, business systems, software implementation, or operations.
-
Comfortable working with large datasets, identifying patterns, and working to improve processes.
