Project Management and Inventory Coordination: maintaining project timelines in Smartsheet, coordinating inventory and supplies, supporting the Event Loaner Program, and assisting with operational workflows.Creative and Administrative Support: create event collateral in Canva, maintain digital records and databases, and support office communications.Event Operations and Execution: assist with event logistics, preparation, setup, and teardown, and provide on-site support for the event coordinator and team.
