About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who’s excited about AI and thinks like a product owner. Someone who is scrappy, opinionated, and energized by building from zero to one in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You care more about what ships than what stack you’re shipping on, and you use AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as a genuine force multiplier, not a novelty. At Podium, you’ll have the chance to work on projects that directly shape the success of our platform and the businesses we support.

What You Will Be Doing:

You'll own features end-to-end, from the first design conversation to production. You'll influence architecture, collaborate closely with product, design and business stakeholders, and help keep our systems reliable as we scale. You'll also invest in the people around you: sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and raising the team's collective ceiling. Contributing to a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement, while staying ahead of trends in AI.

What you should have:

• 7+ years building and shipping production systems, full stack.

• A track record of owning problems end-to-end, not just executing tickets, but defining and delivering.

• Strong instincts across the stack: you're comfortable going deep on backend logic, database design, and frontend UX in the same sprint.

• Fluency with relational databases and search fundamentals.

• A hands-on, daily relationship with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) - you've figured out how to move meaningfully faster with them.

• Must be local and available to work in-office, 5 days per week in our Lehi, UT HQ.

What we hope you have:

• Experience at a fast-moving startup or SaaS company.

• Familiarity with distributed systems concepts: queues, event-driven architecture, horizontal scaling.

• Exposure to our current stack (Elixir/Phoenix, React, PostgreSQL), or genuine curiosity to pick it up fast.
