We are looking for a visionary leader with a background in clinical quality improvement who demonstrates exceptional decision-making, staff mentorship skills, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care throughout our hospital network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of staff, materials, and finances to ensure the efficient operation of the nursing department.

  • Patient Care Delivery: Drive the provision of high-quality, cost-effective nursing care throughout the facility.

  • Performance Oversight: Supervise nursing staff performance to maintain clinical excellence and professional standards.

  • Professional Development: Lead competency training and coordinate ongoing process improvement and quality enhancement efforts.

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA).

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of nursing experience and five (5) years of nurse leadership experience.

  • Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA. (Compact license not accepted.)
