Precise Systems seeks a Journeyman Budget Analyst

This role is contingent upon contract award to Precise Systems.

Duties:

  • Examines budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.

  • Analyzes budgeting and accounting reports.

Required Education:

  • BA/BS degree

Required Experience:

  • 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description

Desired Experience:

  • 2 years' experience within DoN. Financial management experience to include financial analysis of business programs (including FMS), development of cost estimates, program status reports, and knowledge of DoD FMR, FAR, and PPBE process; two years of DoN procurement policies and procedures; experience with FMS Case documents and obligation/expenditure phasing plans; experience in NERP, DSAMS, MISIL and other DoN financial automated accounting & budgeting systems; knowledge of FMS financial policies and procedures.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,819.01 - $67,228.51 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
