Founding Designer - Dragonfly Portfolio

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in web and mobile product design
• Crypto/Web3 Familiarity: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in crypto, Web3, or blockchain technologies
• User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive interfaces
• Collaboration: Experience working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life

About the Role(s): Depending on the team, you could be:

• Leading Design Initiatives: Owning the end-to-end design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping and final design
• Enhancing User Experiences: Crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for crypto-native applications, ensuring accessibility and usability
• Developing Design Systems: Creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
• Conducting User Research: Planning and facilitating user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to inform design decisions
• Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Working alongside engineering and product teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs
