Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Governance: Lead the overall site separation program, establishing the project strategy, governance structure, execution roadmap, milestones, and reporting processes. Align technology workstreams with business objectives and enterprise program timelines.

  • Integrated Planning & Coordination: Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering applications, infrastructure, networks, end-user computing, identity and access management, technology services, site operations, and business continuity. Manage dependencies, critical paths, resources, deliverables, and readiness checkpoints across all workstreams.

  • Technology Cutover & Transition: Develop and coordinate detailed cutover plans, including activity sequencing, ownership, timelines, go/no-go criteria, rollback plans, business validation, hypercare, and stabilization. Ensure technical and business teams are prepared for a controlled transition with minimal operational disruption.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate application, infrastructure, engineering, network, security, ERP, manufacturing, business operations, enterprise architecture, PMO, site leadership, and vendor teams. Drive accountability and resolve competing priorities across organizations without direct reporting authority.

  • Risk, Issue & Readiness Management: Proactively identify and manage technical and business risks, resource constraints, schedule conflicts, and readiness gaps. Maintain RAID logs, escalate critical issues, and drive timely resolution to protect project milestones and business continuity.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, readiness reviews, cutover planning sessions, and go/no-go decisions. Provide executive dashboards and status reports covering project health, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, budget (where applicable), and cutover readiness.

  • Business Readiness & Operational Handover: Coordinate stakeholder communications, business engagement, training, and transition planning. Oversee cutover execution, hypercare, issue triage, knowledge transfer, stabilization, and handover to steady-state support.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.

  • 7+ years of experience managing site transitions, technology transformations, infrastructure migrations, enterprise application implementations, or large-scale IT deployments.

  • 5+ years of experience coordinating multiple cross-functional technical and business teams.

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated project planning, dependency and RAID management, governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.

  • 5+ years of experience with technology cutovers, infrastructure transitions, application migrations, site readiness, or operational support models.

  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority.

  • Experience delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced enterprise transformation environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading M&A integration, divestiture, technology carve-out, or site separation programs.

  • Experience managing technology transitions with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) as key dependencies.

  • Industry experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical devices, biotechnology, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure operations, network readiness, end-user services, identity and access management, application support, IT service management, and business continuity planning.

  • Experience with enterprise PMO governance models and ITIL service management practices.
