Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a top manufacturing client. This individual will take ownership of key projects, driving execution from planning through delivery while coordinating across business stakeholders, leadership, and external vendors. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing timelines, tracking milestones, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring teams remain organized and aligned around project goals. The ideal candidate is a confident, highly organized project leader who is comfortable stepping into complex environments, taking accountability, and driving teams toward results. This person should be able to command a room, navigate challenging vendor conversations, and communicate project updates in a clear and compelling way to both business and technical audiences. This is a hybrid opportunity (2-3 days onsite) based in St. Louis, MO or Shelton, CT, with a pay range of $45-50/hr.
Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong organization, scheduling, milestone tracking, and execution skills
- Ability to identify and manage project risks while keeping stakeholders aligned and projects on track
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to break down complex topics and tell a clear story
- Strong, confident leader who takes ownership, commands a room, and effectively navigates challenging vendor conversations
- Project experience within commercial, sales, consumer products, or CPG environments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) projects
