The role!

Position: Residential Program Coordinator

Location: Based in Wakefield, MA

Pay rate: Starting at $74,880 per year

Hours: This is a salaried position working 40 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible depending on the candidate but must meet the needs of the agency. This position also requires 24/7 on call for emergencies.

Summary & Responsibilities

The Program Coordinator is responsible for programmatic oversight of three group homes within their cluster.

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates for hiring.

  • Responsible for the supervision of assigned employees including regular supervision and performance evaluations as well as reviewing and approving timesheets for payroll.

  • Oversee all program operations of residential homes. Conduct cluster meeting with Directors & Assistant Directors. Responsible for conducting regular audits of program systems.

  • Trains new Program Directors in the day-to-day operation of the home, including administrative duties.

  • In conjunction with Director of Residential Services, prepares and participates in Survey & Certification.

  • Provides staff with necessary problem solving and advocacy on all program-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Services or related field highly preferred; with 3 years’ experience working with adults with developmental disabilities of which two years include supervisory experience. High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • A passion and dedication to supporting our people is a must

  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

  • Must pass company background and reference checks
