Part Time Outside Sales Representative

Two Maids | Malvern and Lower Merion, PA (Philadelphia Main Line)

HELP US GROW, AND GET PAID EVERY TIME YOU DO

We are a locally owned, veteran owned residential and commercial cleaning company serving the Main Line, and we are growing fast. We are looking for one driven salesperson to own our outbound sales effort. This is not a lead taking job. You will be out in the territory finding business, and you will earn a commission bonus on every deal you close, paid once per deal on top of your hourly wage.

You do not need cleaning industry experience. We will teach you the business. What we cannot teach is hustle. If you have real sales experience and you understand that sales is the engine of a growing company, keep reading.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Map our sales territory and build the sales plan side by side with ownership
• Cold call leads and walk into local businesses to open commercial accounts
• Build relationships with realtors, property managers, and office decision makers
• Represent the company at BNI and local networking events
• Meet a monthly performance target set with management
• Company car provided

COMPENSATION

• $20 per hour, 20 hours per week
• Commission bonus on every closed deal (see below)
• Company vehicle and branded company shirt provided
• Clear path to a full time role as you grow the book

RESIDENTIAL COMMISSION (paid once per closed job, after first invoice is collected)

• $250 to $399 job: $20
• $400 to $599 job: $30
• $600 to $999 job: $45
• $1,000 and up: $60
• Bonus: an extra $25 when a residential client signs up for weekly or biweekly service and completes their third visit

COMMERCIAL COMMISSION (paid once per new contract, after first month is invoiced and collected)

• $250 to $499 per week: $100
• $500 to $999 per week: $200
• $1,000 to $1,999 per week: $350
• $2,000 and up per week: $500

A single $1,000 per week commercial contract pays you $350 for one closed deal. Close a few of those and this part time role starts producing full time money.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Prior sales experience required. Submit résumé with references
• Self motivated and high energy, someone who goes and gets it rather than waiting for it
• Comfortable with cold outreach: phone calls, walk ins, and face to face conversations
• Reliable, coachable, and hungry to make a visible impact on a growing local business
