Full job description
ESK Healthcare & Staffing is seeking compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to provide person-centered nursing care in group homes and residential service facilities. The LPN will support individuals? health and well-being in collaboration with Registered Nurses, healthcare providers, and residential staff. Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice and assigned care plans. Monitor individuals? health status, collect vital signs, and report changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and authorized. Assist individuals with daily care needs while promoting dignity and independence. Maintain accurate documentation of medications, treatments, observations, and care provided. Reinforce health education and care instructions provided by the healthcare team. Follow infection prevention practices, safety requirements, and facility procedures. Respect individuals? privacy, preferences, and rights. Qualifications Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse license. Strong observation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with nursing and residential staff. Dependable, professional, and committed to compassionate care. Additional experience and certification requirements may vary by assignment.
