Full job description
ESK Healthcare & Staffing is seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses to provide person-centered nursing care in group homes and residential service facilities. The RN will support individuals? health and well-being while collaborating with residential staff and healthcare providers. Responsibilities Assess individuals? health needs and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within the scope of nursing practice. Support individualized care plans and coordinate with healthcare providers. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, medications, treatments, and care provided. Report changes in health status and respond to medical concerns according to facility procedures. Provide health education and guidance to individuals, caregivers, and residential staff. Follow infection prevention practices and applicable safety requirements. Promote individuals? dignity, privacy, independence, and rights. Qualifications Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in residential care settings. Dependable, professional, and committed to compassionate care. Additional experience and certification requirements may vary by assignment. Available Shifts Flexible scheduling opportunities include: Day: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Evening: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Overnight: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Specific work locations, hours, and assignment requirements will be confirmed during the hiring process.
