Conduct regular check-ins with First-Gen Peer Success Coaches on a bi-weekly basis to share resources and provide supportChecks mentee log interactions to track activity and engagementCommunicate with professional staff about the needs and concerns of first-gen menteesAttend and lead monthly staff trainings with First-Gen Peer Success CoachesAttend and contribute to First-Gen Experience monthly eventsWork with campus partners to help plan resource workshopsAssist in event planning for socials with menteesPromote campus events and resources to first-gen students, assisting in communications, social media, and newsletter creationRepresent the UT community by exhibiting exceptional academic, well-being, leadership, and community model
