Full job description
Assist the Off-Campus Coordinator with off-campus tasks, projects and programs.Serve as a facilitator for off-campus living presentations to students/family/community members.Assist with keeping track of the presentation schedule and monitoring presentation requests.Coordinate and hold meetings with campus and community partners especially those related to property outreach initiatives.Create off-campus living materials such as guides for off-campus students and content for communications campaigns.Help plan and coordinate events tailored to students and provide day of support for large-scale Dean of Students events.Serve as an Office of the Dean of Students representative at tabling events such as resource fairs.The Graduate Assistants will collaborate as a member of the Office of the Dean of Students team, attend departmental meetings as available, and assist with other unit initiatives as appropriate and needed.
