Full job description

Assist with programs, activities, and research related to improving student retention and graduation such as experiential learning and leadershipConnect students with experiential learning opportunities on and off campus through researching and communicating resourcesFacilitate and maintain an alternative experiential learning programAssist with ULN ELEVATE leadership programAssist with ULN digital badging initiativesCollaborate with ULN staff, on- and off-campus partners to develop programming relating to career readiness, leadership, financial education, and building communityParticipate in weekly staff meetings and support other ULN and Undergraduate College initiatives as neededAssist with managing ULN social media accountsPrepare reports as requested for both internal and external audiencesOther duties as assigned
