The Social Work Program at Weber State University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of assistant professor,opening fall 2027. This position is a nine-month,full-time,tenure track faculty appointment full time appointment to the BSW program,which is fully accredited by Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).The position involves instruction in the department s undergraduate program and undergraduate teaching responsibilities within the generalist framework. Teaching emphasis in this position will include foundations of social work,human behavior in the social environment (HBSE),behavioral health,and substance abuse. Other responsibilities include committee assignments,professional activities,presentations,publications,and community service.
