This is a unique opportunity to join the HR department of one of Maine’s largest and most comprehensive behavioral health organizations. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping Sweetser attract and hire talented, mission-driven individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of the people and communities we serve.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provideoverall support the Human Resources Director in managing organizationalrecruiting efforts and strategy.

  • Provideexcellent customer service to all Sweetser employees and communitypartners.

  • Creativelysource, recruit and refer candidates to assigned positions.

  • Createand maintain external job postings.

  • AssistHuman Resources Director with preparation and presentation of accurate andtimely progress reports and updates.

  • Trackcandidate progress from first outreach through offer and present asrequested.

  • Updateand maintain job postings and reports through the applicant trackingsystem.

  • Scheduleand conduct prescreening interviews with prospective candidates inassigned positions.

  • Supportrecruiting team with reporting, data entry and analysis as assigned.

  • Maintainand update job descriptions as needed.

  • Assistwith compensation analysis processes as assigned.

  • Coordinateand participate in recruiting events.

  • Performadministrative tasks to support new hire processing and orientationprocess.

  • Supportthe internal transfer process.

  • Partnerwith hiring managers to create and modify requisitions.

  • Maintainand present accurate recruiting reports in partnership with HumanResources Director and other HR Team members.

EDUCATION:

  • Highschool diploma or GED required.

  • Bachelor'sdegree in human resources, Marketing, Sales, Business, or related fieldpreferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Mustmaintain a valid state driver’s license.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2years recruiting experience, clinical setting preferred.

  • 3years 'human resources, customer service, or administrative experiencepreferred.

SALARY: $50,000-$58,000 depending on experience
