Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily automotive service center operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of automotive technicians and service advisors

• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed revenue targets

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns

• Manage inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, shop policies, and brand guidelines

• Monitor quality control of all vehicle repairs and maintenance services

Requirements:

• Previous automotive service management or shop foreman experience required

• Strong knowledge of automotive repair.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience with shop management software and point-of-sale systems

• Strong business acumen with a focus on sales and profitability

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
