Responsibilities:
Workplace Technology Hero: Be the first responder to help desk escalations, armed with your problem-solving skills and a readiness to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
Master of Multitasking: Complete a variety of tasks, from resolving technical incidents to responding to service requests, all while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Tech Troubleshooter: Utilize your diagnostic prowess to troubleshoot issues using basic diagnostic tools, ensuring our systems run smoothly.
Maintenance Maestro: Follow Standard Operating Procedures to perform system maintenance tasks, including patching, health checks, and updates. When anomalies arise, you'll research and report complex issues to senior staff.
Team Player: Collaborate on exciting projects with your fellow team members and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Innovation Advocate: Identify opportunities to enhance existing procedures, making our processes more efficient, and document these improvements.
Risk-Aware Professional: Understand and adhere to our risk and regulatory standards while identifying and escalating any risk-related issues.
Internal Control Guardian: Maintain our internal control standards and address audit points promptly, ensuring compliance with external regulations.
Adaptable Problem Solver: Handle various related duties as assigned, adapting to new challenges and learning opportunities.
Education and Experience Required:
Minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience.
Prior experience in digesting technical information and communicating technical problems effectively.
Experience supporting MacBook and IOS devices
Detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience Preferred:
A bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, along with at least 5 years of higher education and/or work experience, will set you apart.
Certifications or special training in related technologies are a big plus.

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $62,200.00 - $103,600.00 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
