Role Overview:
Become a member of the Ankura Transformation Execution consulting team and gain first-hand professional experience within a top-tier global management consulting firm. As part of our internship cohort, you will have the opportunity to sharpen your business acumen, broaden your professional network, and apply your knowledge to solve complex business problems.
As a Transformation Execution MBA intern, you will collaborate with experienced consultants who share your commitment to continuous learning. Together, you will have the opportunity to apply your curiosity and analytical mindset to create customized solutions for the complicated business needs that our clients face every day.
Responsibilities:

Contribute to team success and participate in various roles as needed within a dynamic, collaborative environment

Facilitate small and large group meetings, communicating effectively and regularly with all project stakeholders

Develop and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, meeting agendas, and decision logs

Conduct relevant research and analysis, and synthesize findings into compelling conclusions and recommendations

Create high-quality deliverables that leverage qualitative, quantitative, and visual elements
Qualifications:
-
Currently pursuing an MBA or business related Master's degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher and an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.

Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with demonstrated ability to efficiently produce crisp, professional documents

Familiarity with project management, change management, or product management is a plus

Experience or education in information systems is a plus

This will be an in-office position in Nashville. Candidates must have the ability to be based in Nashville for the summer and an interest in being based in Nashville long-term for potential full-time conversion opportunities.

Please note that this role requires permanent authorization to work in the U.S. (i.e. U.S. citizen or permanent resident). Internships and full-time University Associate roles are not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship, work visa or any other temporary work authorization (i.e. OPT, CPT).
Ankura is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the said markets and considers a broad range of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role. A reasonable estimate of the current payrate range for this internship is: $40/hr. - $50/hr.
