We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. ## Skills and Competencies * Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in procurement operations, purchasing, procure-to-pay (P2P), procurement transformation, and global program support across corporate card, travel, contingent workforce, and third-party labor operations within complex global organizations * Deep expertise in end-to-end procurement processes, purchasing operations, procurement controls, intake orchestration, catalog management, punchout programs, purchase order optimization, and payment operations * Demonstrated success leading global, cross-functional teams and supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives through influence, collaboration, and change leadership * Proven ability to leverage automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital workflow technologies to improve operational efficiency, compliance, stakeholder experience, and business outcomes * Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership * Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with experience influencing senior leaders across Finance, Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Risk, and business functions * Experience implementing, optimizing, or enhancing enterprise procurement S2P platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, ServiceNow, Zip, Oro or similar solutions) is preferred, particularly within large-scale, global organizations * Understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve business processes and drive efficiency through AI-enabled solutions; experience leveraging AI, automation, and digital workflow technologies within procurement operations is a plus## Education * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field required * Advanced degree (MBA or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline) preferred## ResponsibilitiesLead the enterprise purchasing strategy and operational excellence agenda by driving global process transformation, automation, compliance, and digital innovation across the purchasing lifecycle. * Champion enterprise procurement transformation by establishing a forward-looking operating model that simplifies the purchasing experience, accelerates adoption of digital capabilities, and delivers measurable business outcomes across the organization * Drive the Supplier Lifecycle Modernization agenda by simplifying how employees engage with third parties while strengthening governance, financial stewardship, and user experience * Develop and execute enterprise purchasing channel strategies, including intake, guided buying, catalogs, punchout solutions, and Purchase Order/Blanket Purchase Order optimization to increase automation, self-service, and preferred
