Manager/Leader in Training

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the establishment run smoothly, providing exceptional service to guests, and leading a team of staff members. This role requires strong leadership skills, a background in food service, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. Duties - Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during night shifts, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. - Manage daily operations including food production, kitchen management, and bartending duties as needed. - Train and develop team members in food handling practices, POS systems, and customer service standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the kitchen and dining environment. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure a positive dining experience. - Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Experience - Proven experience in team management or assistant manager roles within the food service industry. - Strong background in culinary arts or food production is preferred. - Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus. - Experience with training development for staff members is highly valued. - Knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and POS systems is essential.
