You’re Our Person If...
- Proven experience on the Salesforce platform (declarative + technical)
- Engineering background with a demonstrated AI-first approach — you’ve orchestrated AI into a real workflow, not just used AI tools personally
- Track record reducing operational overhead/friction through automation or tooling
- Comfortable blending hands-on casework with peer coaching/upskilling, and validating AI-generated output for correctness, security, and team standards
- Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certifications, plus proven experience performing Salesforce admin work within a large-scale, enterprise organisation.
Even Better If...
- Familiarity with security/access governance concepts (least-privilege, JIT access, SOX-scoped orgs)
