Pulmonary Program Coordinator (RN) Salary: $72,800- $$83,200 annually (depending on experience) Hourly Equivalent: $35- $40 Shift: Full-Time
Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Pulmonary Program Coordinator (RN) to oversee and coordinate our Pulmonary Program. In this role, you'll provide clinical leadership, coordinate pulmonary-focused care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents with respiratory and pulmonary needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Pulmonary Program

Coordinate individualized care plans for residents with pulmonary and respiratory needs

Monitor residents with respiratory and pulmonary conditions
-
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory providers, therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams

Assist with admissions, assessments, and care coordination for pulmonary residents
-
Provide staff education on pulmonary care and clinical best practices
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
-
Participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required
-
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, pulmonary, respiratory, or subacute experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills
-
Experience with care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
